Overview Primary Traits-Character Ethic which success is attributed more to underlying characteristics such as integrity, courage, justice and patience. Secondary Traits- Personality Ethic- skills, techniques, and maintaining a positive attitude.

The steps Dependence: Relying on others to take care of us
Independence: we can make our own decisions and take care of ourselves Interdependence: we can cooperate to achieve something that cannot be achieved independently.

Be proactive Assessing the situation and developing a positive response for it. Proactive people are driven by values that are independent of the weather or how people treat them. Use difficult situations to help build character

Begin with the end in mind
Each day of your life contributes in a meaningful way to the vision you have of you life as a whole.

Organize and execute around priorities Theory , calendars and appointments and efficient scheduling (control of time)
