3 Key Points to Remember Employees access a new Time Off Request page to submit requests. Managers and supervisors can use the new Time Off Request page when submitting requests for the employee. Employees view balances in the new Balance Formula window. Employees, managers, and supervisors submit product feedback using the Product Feedback link in ADP Workforce Now. With ADP Workforce Now V7, two company-level fields were changed: Do Not Include future transactions when displaying balances Minimum Balance And with ADP Workforce Now V7, one company-level fields was added: Display Pay Schedule on the Calendar What’s New in Time Off > Understanding Company-Level Setup Changes

6 Include Future Transactions When Displaying Balances
On the System Options page, the Do Not Include Future Transactions when displaying balances was changed to Include Future Transactions when displaying balances. To access this page, point to Setup and select System Options. New clients have the check box selected by default. What’s New in Time Off > Understanding Company-Level Setup Changes

If you select Include Future Transactions When Calculating Balances, the Scheduled field is displayed for future-dated time-off requests in the Balance Formula window. 16 Key Points to Remember On the System Options page, the title of the Do Not Include future transactions when displaying balances check box changed to Include Future Transactions when displaying Balances. On the System Options page the logic of the Minimum Balance field changed. On the System Options page, the Display Pay Schedules on the Calendar checkbox was added. If you select Include Future Transactions When Calculating Balances, the Scheduled field is displayed. If you do not select the check box, the “Schedule requests are not included in the Balance” message is displayed. On the System Options page, select the Display Pay Schedules on the Calendar checkbox to display the payroll schedule on the calendar. 43 Key Points to Remember In the Balance Formula window, you can view the employee’s carryover, earned/adjusted, taken, scheduled, and future projection hours. The accrual engine selection affects the balance display format. If you select Do Not Include Future Transactions When Calculating Balances, the Scheduled field is displayed. If you do not select the check box, the “Schedule requests are not included in the Balance” message is displayed. Depending on whether you select the check box or enter data in the Minimum Balance fields, affects what is displayed in the Future Projections field.
