Region 15 now has 46 out of 53 total projects approved for implementation!
The remaining 7 are highly likely to be approved in the next week.
So far, for DY2 and DY3 CMS is approving $220,909,900. This amount will increase with the last 7 project approvals.
These latest projects are approved to report on in October.

4. August and October DSRIP Reporting
August DSRIP Reporting Due – 8/31/13
No exceptions
If later than midnight 8/31/13, will have to be reported in October
October Reporting Due -- 10/31/13
Provider Correction Templates were sent to the IGT entities last week.
Due back to HHSC on 9/5/13 in preparation for October reporting.
Revised Category 3 Menu sent to CMS for Approval by September 1, 2013
Notification will be sent to Region 15 by Anchor
October 1, Providers submit category 3 outcomes to HHSC

5. 3 Year Projects
HHSC will provide revised DSRIP menu to choose projects from
September 1, 2013
Send prioritized list to HHSC in October
Submit new projects to HHSC in early December
The amount of left over DSRIP Funds for Region 15 is dependent on:
Initial left-over monies from plan submission = ~$3,000,000
Reductions in project valuations in the phase 1 process.
Increasing 3 yr funding pool due to project deletions
A committee will be established to review proposals for Region 15 projects.
Projects will need to fit the revised DSRIP menu
Have an IGT funding source secured: UMC, EHN, Texas Tech, or Health Dept.
Projects need to be prepared and ready for implementation

6. Texas A&M Waiver Assessment
10 providers in Texas were chosen to participate in this project
Contacting providers to begin their assessment process
