Short Term Goals: 2 to 11 months Immediate Goals: 1-30 days

Realistic and relevant Time Based Smart goal setting is an excellent way to stay on task and to complete your goals!

Specific Goals should be clear and to the point.

Measurable You should be able to answer very specifically, when and how you will know you attained your goal. A measurable goal provides a time frame and a foreseeable outcome.

Achievable Goals must be achievable
Too high, you will not be able to achieve them Too low, you might not gain satisfaction
