3. Goods Receipts
Raytheon has the option to send goods receipts through RSCP
Receipts in RSCP can be viewed, but no action is taken
Receipts are loaded into RSCP in a ‘Received’ state
A buyer can send in a cancellation of a receipt, which changes it to a ‘Cancelled’ state
A receipt will automatically move to an ‘Archived’ state in RSCP if it has not been modified in 90 days.

5. Receipt Summary – from My Workspace
Goods receipts in RSCP can be viewed quickly by going to the My Workspace page and clicking on a number link for the ‘Receipt Summary’ section.

6. Goods Receipt List Page
On the Receipts List page, scroll to the right to see summary data. Or you can click on the link for a Receipt Number and go to the details for that receipt.

7. Goods Receipts
Scroll to the right to see the detailed receipt information.

8. Locate a Receipt by Searching
To locate a specific receipt, you can search by Order Number or other data on the Search page.
Go to Order Management – Receipt – Search
Enter search criteria and click Search

9. View ‘Received Qty’ on a Purchase Order

10. ‘Receipt Info’ Tab on PO
From the ‘Purchase Order Details’ page, you can click on the Receipt Info link in the middle of the screen to see all of the receipt lines associated with this purchase order.

11. ‘Received Qty’ on PO
Also, on the main (Order Details) tab, you can scroll to the right to see the Received Qty for each order schedule line and the Received Line Qty for each order line.
Note: An order line (line item) can include multiple schedule lines (dates & quantities) for that item.
