1. Student/Special Learner Permit Steps
Early Bird Road

2. Must be 16 years of age.
Must have a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form
Must pay required fee - $6
Must pass Eye/Vision/Color Blind Test
Must Pass Written Test/Knowledge
Must Pass 6 hours Driving School
Probationary License:
Must Drive 6 mo. – 1 yr. with an adult and observe student permit restrictions

3. Examination Permit Steps
The Young Adult Road

4. Must be 17 years of age.
Must have a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form
Must pay required fee - $6
Must Pass Written Test/Knowledge
Must pass Eye/Vision/Color Blind Test
Provisional License:
Must Drive 6 months with an adult and observe student permit restrictions

5. Basic Driver License: Must be 18 Must meet ALL GDL requirements!
Must have practiced driving unsupervised for at least one year!

6. The Adult Road Must be at least 21 years old
Must pass vision and knowledge tests
Must pay required fee - $6
Practice with a supervising driver for 3 months
Probationary License
Must practice driving for at least 1 year = Basic License
