3 Obligations of the Contractor
MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th Decembre 2016 Lublin, Poland Obligations of the Contractor Contractor is responsible for proper implementation of the project, what includes: Coordination of the activities of each partner involved into this project; Sending each necessary documentation to all partners – especially their contracts with all annexes, as well as any other relevant documents (e.g any amendments to the contracts); Defining (in conjunction with each partner) roles, rights, and obligations of each partner; Preparation of proper procedures for partners’ communication, exchange of documents, submission of reports etc.; Informing each partner about any changes of circumstances, relevant for implementation of the project Submitting proper reports to NA This project has been funded with the support from the European Commission (project no: PL01-KA ). MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Obligations of the Partners Main responsibilities of each Partner: To take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in contract and in its annexes; To comply with all the provisions of partners’ Agreements; To communicate to the Contractor any information or document required by the latter that is necessary for the management of the project; To accept responsibility for all information communicated to the Contractor, including details of costs claimed and, where appropriate, ineligible expenses; To define in conjunction with the Contractor the role and rights and obligations of the two parties. MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Obligations of the Partners EachPartner should: Report from work undertaken within the atcivities, that Partner is responsible for; Participate in international meetings; Report to Project Leader on project progress, as well as any other reports required by Leader of the Project; Organize promotion and dissemination activities; Provide any information and document required for preparation necessary reports by the Leader of this Project. Leader activities: Calculation of psychometric properties of tests for assasing level of chess, cognitive and decission-making skills of peoples. MATE Kick-off meeting 6th -7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Specific Obligation of each Partner O1- Report from students' tests ALL Recruitment of 72 students, which will participate in the project activities; Preparation of the methodology for testing together with other partners; Active participation in preparation of tools for conducting tests of level of mathematical skills of students; Organization and conduct of tests of students in their country; Gathering data from testing; Analysis of data gathered during testing; Preparation individual information for students about results of their test (with conclusions and recommendations about their cognitive abilities, motivation and level of mathematical skills. MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Specific Obligation of each Partner O2 – Learning Lab ALL Equipping (buying or delivering equipment according to list prepared by WSEI) and constructing Learning Lab (with help from WSEI) Ongoing contacts with partners. WSEI Preparation of list of equipment necessary to construct learning Lab; Visiting partner universities in order to help in installation of software and construction of Learning Labs; Training of the researchers and technicians from partners universities about how to work in Learning Lab should be organized, conducted and supervised; Visits in partner universities in order to supervise work of partners and help in solving arising problems; Ongoing contacts with partners. 21 Communication methods and scheme
MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Communication methods and scheme To ensure proper implementation of the project, it is vital to establish proper communication procedures. WSEI in Lublin, as a project Leader will create a space, which can be a virtual project office and contact place, where partners can upload documents and set up or participate in discussions WSEI will also establish proper communication procedure, where all dates of submission relevant documents, as well as preferred forms of communication will be constituted. Partners can also contact each other via online tools – whenever possible and neccesary. This project has been funded with the support from the European Commission (project no: PL01-KA ). MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland International meetings Kick-off meeting – 6th – 7th December 2016, Lublin, Poland Second project meeting – June 2017 Tenerife, Spain Third project meeting – February 2018 , Lithuania Fourth project meeting – September 2018, Spain Fifth project meeting – June 2019, Lublin, Poland It is also planned that researchers from WSEI will visit each partner university twice. 23 Reporting Each partner will be obliged to submit two reports:
MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th Decemeber 2016 Lublin, Poland Reporting Each partner will be obliged to submit two reports: first interrim report until second interrim report until Reports connected with management of the project, will be submitted as a Reporting package (RP), composed of – Financial reports, Work progress reports, Dissemination reports, Detaile dates of submission of reports will besettled as soon as we have information from Polish NA about the dates of submission reports to NA. Each partner will also prepare summarizing documents connected with implementation of specific tasks – according to detailed workplan. 24 Reporting Package Financial reports,
MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th Decemeber 2016 Lublin, Poland Reporting Package Financial reports, Reports summarizing all expencess made in connection with implementation of this project. All reports should be supported by proper financial documents. Templates for financial reports will be prepared and sent to each partner in November. Work progress reports, Reports summarizing activities undertaken to date. Purpose is to check if everything is done without significant delays or difficulties, as well as to identify and solve problems before they became threats to proper implementation of the project. WSEI will prepare templates for the reports. Dissemination reports, Short documents summarizing dissemination activities undertaken by each partner. The main aim is to prove that partners are involved in dissemination information about the project and its results. Template will be prepared.
