HOW WE CAN HELP Key Programs & Services for Employers PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Contact: Carleton – Post a job, and find out more about hiring students and new grads: Hire co-op students - Access co-op students as an economical means of bringing bright new talent on board. Find out more about Ontario’s Co-operative Education Tax Credit. Hire new grads and alumni - Connect with a year-round pool of new graduates and recent alumni for your temporary, contract and/or full time recruitment needs. Hire part-time and summer students - Co-op and Career Services can help you with some of your short term employment needs through the hiring of part-time and summer students. Information Sessions - Hosting a recruitment information session on campus is an excellent way for you to meet your recruitment needs and are FREE to our valued employers. Net Night - A networking event that is intended to build new connections for both students and employers. Co-op and Career Services coordinates two highly anticipated networking events per year. Co-op Awards - Every year Co-op and Career Services recognizes our employers and students with Student and Employer of the Year Awards. Students can nominate their employer for the co-op awards. Employers can nominate a co-op student who worked for them over the past year.
