The Geomotion program in based on a mat which is designed with numbers and directional symbols.
Mat symbols: The numerals and cardinal directions make cueing very clear and precise. Participants can move forward and backward, side to side, turn to the North, South, East, or West.

4. It can be used from Easy to Intense Levels based on age and ability Level
Routines can be developed from three core moves: march, squat, and kick. From these moves, gradually adding elements of change will help students make an easier transition into new movements. Thus, the possibility of heightened intensity in a workout can be achieved.
