5. Project Updates Vangstad: Still working on punch list. Flood Wall:
College Street
Concrete is done, sewer and water lines are hooked up, steam line to go in next week, street will potentially be opened beginning of August.
Levees/Parking Lots
Levees in the west gravel music lot will need to be removed in the future. Everything else is complete.
Heat Plant: Water and sewer is going in to the building, putting first layer of clay down to the footing height, storm sewer and sewer lines will be installed yet this week, starting digging for the steam manhole and placing new steam lines from the Science building to the street next week.

6. Project Updates
Wellness Center: Furniture and whiteboards have been ordered. FS will need to do the installation around 8/15. Fargo Paint and class have provided the cost for curtains and installation for the classroom windows.
Athletics Project:
Gym floor- in progress.
FB Locker Room- in progress, carpet is installed, lockers will be installed in the near future.
Egress- project is out for bid for 8 days, will determine a timeline when contractor is on board.
Hall of Fame Room- in progress, furniture will be ordered soon.
Graichen Wall Pads and FH backboards
Graichen projects are on hold at this time.
McFarland Reconfiguration:
McFarland 319- in progress
Will be organizing a furniture move in the near future.

7. Project Updates
Student Center Upper Lounge: Project is nearing completion- ceiling, ramp, paint, carpet, etc.
McFarland Stabilization: Contractor and structural contractor on board- in the process of signing contracts and determining the timeline.
Gazebo: In progress. Working on lighting and other wiring. Sidewalk will be poured as soon as Wick in available.
