As  BSNL can charge 70% of the initial sharing rent for technology up gradation, feasibility for 3-G and 4-G up gradation is to be explored to the maximum extend.
As Circle has achieved only 68% physical target (new sharing) as on date, SSA heads are requested to take maximum effort for exploring sharing feasibility to optimum extend.
