Please consult us first when hiring in outside services .
Venue hire is for 50people, R20.00 per head is charged on any numbers exceeding this.
 Indemnity: Whilst we provide the utmost care the safety and supervision of each child remains the responsibility of each parent and we shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss of life or loss of property or damage, sustained on the premises from whatsoever cause.
Numbers to be confirmed on the Friday before your party
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
DEPOSIT TO BE PAID WITHING 48 HOURS OF BOOKING. Provisional bookings expire after 48 hours and then become available for further bookings.
The party host accept full responsibility for each child jointly and severally with each parent, whether such parent is attending the party or not.
Balance in cash on the day or eft timeously to reflect on FNB account. No cheques please.
I do / do not give permission for photos to be taken of my child’s party for marketing purposes.
Full payment will be due in the case of non-advisement of cancellation at least two days prior to party date.
Advance bookings are subject to price increases.
