If the customer has PDCR structures, determine if PDCR has been Installed by PS or through PS scripts, this is considered a PDCR PS Upgrade
Select databasename, tablename, commentstring from dbc.tablesv where databasename = ‘pdcrdata’;
If PS PDCR scripts have been used, comment string should show package information. If DIP scripts are used, the package name will not be present.
