3. Purpose and Overview
The mission of the PostalOne!, SASP, Intelligent Mail User Group 1 will be to address and resolve issues identified and to define and review improvements in functionality across the PostalOne!, SASP and Intelligent Mail systems. The User Group 1 will create ad hoc subgroups to address specific issues as necessary.
Purpose
To resolve identified issues and to define and review improvements in functionality across the PostalOne!, SASP and Intelligent Mail systems.
Approach
To collaborate with the industry to understand new and/or existing issues and to determine next steps or actions to be taken to address and resolve those issues.
Goal
The PostalOne!, SASP, Intelligent Mail User Group 1 will become the formal vehicle for the cross-exchange of technical systems information to ensure the industry and Postal Service work together throughout the lifecycle of software deployments.

Based on the some documentation (MTAC eVS/PTS User Group, see attached PPT) it appears Standard Mail Parcels are allowed to use an IMb. Is CAT going to recognize an IMb on these parcels.

The PS Form 3602 Parts G, I , and J include a Non-barcoded Surcharge lines. I would expect these lines to be populated based on the CQT Barcode Discount Or Surcharge Indicator field.
The PS Forms 3602 R/N do not have a Part S Line 23 (IMpb Non-Compliance Fee).
