2 Setup Account Open a new window for the internet
Type in ews.incacaa.org Go to Account Setup

4 Account Setup Employee ID Birth Date
First five letters of your last name and the first three letters of your first name: PogueEri WardKat BarneJo RobinMeg Birth Date Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number

5 Account Setup Enter a user ID that will be familiar to you
Enter a password Do not share your password this is your personal information within the site. Retype the password

6 Logon

7 Logon Enter your username and password Press enter or click Login
A box may pop up in google chrome asking to save your password Recommendation is to not save the password to your computer

8 Time Entry

9 Time Entry Click on Action Click on Time Entry

10 Time Entry

11 Time Entry The calendar selects the date for you.
Time is required to be entered each day. This will help you edit time if there is an error.

12 Time Entry Clocked in is the time you arrived.
Lunch from ____ to _____ will deduct from the total hours. If you do not take a lunch just leave the default time there it will not count off time. Clocked out is the time you are leaving. After you log the times click the Clock Out button. Total Hours Worked will total for you.

13 Time Entry Here is where the cost centers will drop down.
Select Head Start Direct Service and then click Save.

14 Leave Time Entry

15 Leave Time Entry Click on Action Click Leave Entry

16 Leave Time Entry History is what was on the last pay stub
Current means what you are taking for this pay period. Balance is what you will have left after this period.

17 Leave Time Entry Click the calendar to change the date.
Choose Head Start Direct Service under the cost center. Choose the leave code as sick or annual. Type in the number of hours you were using leave. Add a description of why you were gone. Click add.

18 Reporting Timesheet Summary – Shows current time sheet
Timesheet Detail – Gives a short summary of hours logged. Check/W2 History – You can pull your check stubs from here.

19 Personal The personal tab links you to all of your information such as your address, phone number and emergency contacts. You can view your benefits, certifications (if they are in the system) and your educational levels. Changes cannot be made to W4 information on the website.

20 Leave Request When you are requesting leave click on add.
Add in the date it starts and the date it ends These can be the same date. Vacation Leave = Annual Leave Request Status = Request Hours Requested = Number of hours you will need off. Comments – you can add information so your supervisor will know why you are needing off.

21 Submit

22 Submit Click Action Click View Timesheets

23 Submit The screen will show all the times you have submitted this far. Even previous pay periods. This is okay. At the top of the time entry you will choose submit.

24 Submit It will take you to a new page that only lists the times for the current pay period. Add any notes you need to tell your supervisor. Click submit.

25 Submit After submitting it will highlight yellow to show that it has been submitted to the supervisor.
