In weather over 90 degrees, food should never sit out for more than an hour! Serve food in small portions to keep most of it out of the heat and in the cooler.

Hydration is important for every process in the body, including your blood circulation, kidney function, and brain function.

17 So...What Did You Think? Hand them a seasonal produce ingredient and have them put together a dish that uses a cool cooking method that we discussed. Have them share this out.
