Use your pub username and default password to login (i.e. For example
Username: pub17
Password: recsam,123
After login, change the password
Example: name,yearofbirth

3. Microsoft office 2007 Click ‘start’ button Look for ‘All programs’
Look for Microsoft Office’
Click Microsoft Office Word 2007
Type in some sentences
Click save option

4. Share Folder Click ‘Computer’ option Look for ‘Share Drive Q”
Click Q drive and then your pub number
Save your file

5. Email Attachment Click Internet Browser
Open using your username and password (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc)
Key-in your supervisor id
Attach a file using ‘attach’ option
Then key-in some information on the text box
Send the file by clicking ‘send’ option

6. Youtube Downloader Install the youtube downloader in your computer
Open the browser and go to
Look for the video
Copy the hyperlink
Open the youtube downloder and then clcik download
