3. Gender Rules – 4.1
Conference Host no longer considers Gender to be “required” and can accommodate students with NULL gender values.
When assigning students with a NULL gender, those attendees:
*CANNOT* see any rooms with a designated gender (Male/Female).
*CANNOT* see any rooms marked as “Either” with a student assigned who has a gender
*CAN* see any rooms marked as “Either” with a student who also has a NULL gender
*CAN* see everything if gender rules are ignored
When assigning an attendee with a gender, those attendee:
*CANNOT* see any rooms marked “Either” with assigned students with a NULL gender
*CAN* see all rooms of marked as “Mixed/Ignore”

5. User Privileges – 4.1
The Conference Host  • Change Request: Separate permissions (THD/Mobile) for Inspection Types  • (1) Setup: Changed the label from 'Inspection Types' to 'Inspection Types/Categories' on the screen and tree view.  • (2) Administer Users | User Group Limit Options  • Added a new button for 'Inspection Types/Categories'. This will control the permissions in THD/CH for the 'Inspection Types' dropdown list on the Rooms screen | Condition tab. Note! When adding a new 'Inspection Type', set the default (permissions) to 'yes' (i.e., checked).  • (3) This will control user group permissions in THD/CH for the 'inspection Types' drop down list on the Rooms screen | Condition tab.  • (4) User Group Mobile Permissions: this should only control permissions within mobile.
Administer Users: Added privilege levels permissions for 'Privacy Indicator' checkbox

6. Reporting: Mail Merge– 4.1
In version 4.1.0, the mail merge editor has been updated to….simplify things all the way around. These changes apply to THD and CH

Ability to add Hyperlinks as text
Enlarged Text/Content Screen
Removed options that impacted the display in CH but NOT in HTML or PDF views

7. Bug Fixes – 4.1 Reports | Profit and Loss:
Resolved issue when entering a comma for large numbers.
Added code to convert text with commas into number without commas.
Change Request: Swap Assignments 
added the option in swap rooms to ignore gender rules
Conference Host | Reports:
Bed Not Available (Ensure dates and times are being passed consistently and completely).
Important note!!! Reports that include: Start Date, End Date, CheckIn, Check out, Conference Start Date, Conference End Date,etc will need to be opened (fields removed and re added) and re saved in order for the fields to show date/time in your report).
Several Bugs related to CHAttendee Addressed
Work Orders via Mobile 
Only halls in the conference should display for the users (i.e., halls are now conference specific in those lists).

Quick Lookup: Enabled a client to choose across all conferences or within a selected conference

11. Emergency Roll Call – 4.1.3
Added Emergency Roll Call feature  • The purpose here is to check all people living right now in each hall who are unaccounted for during an emergency.  • THD File > Administer ... Under User Group Mobile Privileges, there is a new option, Emergency Roll Call. And if it is enabled, you will see a new menu item in CH Mobile.  • CH Mobile | Emergency Roll Call  • When you select this menu item in THD Mobile, you will see each hall and how many people living there now are unaccounted for.  • . When you select a hall, you will see the list of people.  • . You simply touch/click a person to toggle them between being unaccounted for and being safe.  • . If you touch/click the arrow to the right of a person, assuming you are using this on a smart phone, it will call the number provided by the student.  • Per hall, you can Reset all students to be unaccounted for at the start of an incident.  • Tip! This flag is reportable (i.e., display name ‘Emergency Indicator’). 

12. Bug Fixes – 4.1.3
Changed “Rooms” to “Beds” on the Conference -- > Conference -- > Main screen;
Users can now mass edit inventory items to a room via the Rooms -- > Room -- > Edit Room Inventory procedure
Increased the size of the “Import a Person Screen”;
Resolved issue of filtering ‘Blank’ on Custom Fields;
Resolved issue where report was blank under File -- > Print Report Data;
Added Gender and Birthday as fields for a registration in CH Attendee
