2. Corporate Governance Code of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan
The Corporate Governance Code of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred as to the Code, Bank) is a set of principles and rules to be followed daily by the Bank during engaging in its business activity for provision of high level of confidence, predictability and transparency in relations between participants of the corporate management system.
The evidence of the Code’s principles and rules being followed by the Bank is the Report of the Bank on compliance with the Code as of December 31, 2014.
The Report was considered and taken into consideration by the Board of Directors (Minutes of Meeting № dated June 10, 2015)
