Titus 2:11-14

“For the grace of God has appeared bringing salvation to all men,
instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the BLESSED HOPE and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Saviour, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.”

Definition: The Blessed Hope is the hope in God’s ultimate manifestation of glory in the return of Christ Jesus

We can look back and look forward
Looking back- Titus 2:11 “the grace of God appeared” Looking forward Titus 2:13 “looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Saviour Christ Jesus”.

2. We can make the gospel attractive or “adorning the doctrine of God our Saviour” (vs. 10)
