When one accepts God’s grace, they are in a state of grace (Romans 5:1-2).

5. GRACE AND HOLY LIVING
Some people reason that since we are saved by grace, we are free to do whatever we wish. (Romans 6:1-2)
Titus 2:11-13 “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ”

We can grow in grace through:
a. Heeding the Word of God – Acts 20:32
b. Drawing near to God in prayer – Heb. 4:16

7. RECEIVING GOD’S GRACE IN VAIN
Paul pleaded with the Corinthians that they might not receive God’s grace in vain (2nd Corinthians 6:1).
