OBJECTIVES of M5 To reach to an agreement about the online Course Guidelines/Introduction, having worked in a cooperative way and providing added value to the last version of the document. To reach to an agreement about every section of the course lessons, having worked in a cooperative way and providing added value to their last version. To obtain direct knowledge about the teaching practice evaluation carried out in Bolzano. To distribute tasks and responsibilities until July 2017 in order to assure the EOSLATP project objectives, previewing M6 and final Congress objectives and organization. To evaluate the working process and results since January 2017 related to Local teams and M5 development.

Working groups´tasks:
To guaranty that all contributions are operational by providing an ALTERNATIVE TEXT. To decide who will be in charge of jotting down the conclusions of the group about: . the Guidelines/Introduction The lessons. To communicate them to be approved by SC.

Promoting both groups’ work and guarantying the coherence and linguistic accurateness of the contents. Observation work and making improvement proposals about contents and working organization during the working sessions or at the end of the day. Making contributions and proposals about criteria, strategies, dynamics, scientific references… for the Scientific Committee to take decisions.

ORIGINS 1.- APPLICATION FORM (pg. 42,43) Output Description:
An online course will be designed using the Moodle platform. This course will be addressed to inspectors, directors or other kind of agents… The course will be consistent with O4 intellectual output: It will be made up of several lessons about the purpose of the evaluation, how to do, with what resources, according to what criteria, etc. It will contain text-files, videos, quizzes, etc. Each organization will decide on who should take this course and what other groups might be interested on. It will be translated into the official languages of partners for further dissemination. Pg. 28: From 01 to translation into local languages at local/regional level. Pg. 57: It is the intention of all the partners to put into practice the Moodle course contents during the following years, Pg.66: SUSTAINABILITY Voluntary follow-up activities for partners during 2018.

Course Practicalities by each partner:
SL’s / INSPECTORS’ TRAINING (Initial / in-service / both) Legislation, planification… School Evaluation. Living together. TP evaluation. Communit. Involv. Etc. Hours Credits Calendar It can be used as a course itself, or inserted as a part of another course/training for SLs, Inspectors or… (variable number of hours / credits...), It is open to be modified by local administrators. The same or different platform could be used. This course proposal that can be imported (zipped) by partners.

Both teams will work this section for 45 minutes. Group A- part of the text Group B- the rest of it. Decisions or proposals must be written by the secretary of each group with an ALTERNATIVE TEXT or RATIFICATION OF THE ORIGINAL TEXT in the USB unit. Proposals are presented to the SC. ( 25 minutes each group), After SC approval, the PMT collects the agreements.

LESSONS ANALYSIS Something to change? To add? To remove? Agreements . The partners in charge of the lesson will present it to the SC: Presentation (20’). If he/she considers it applicable and agrees with grid and tasks. If there is any modification suggested, accompanied by an ALTERNATIVE TEXT. (15’) Approval of the contents as a minimum unit for the lesson.

LESSONS ANALYSIS 5.- Other contributions from partners to adequate the lesson to his/her educational system (they will have to fulfil four conditions): Concrete proposal with alternative written text (avoiding “consult this article, webpage…”) Respect the main characteristics of the TP Eval. Guide: Formative Approach, Adaptable, Non Prescriptive, Easy To Use, European Dimension, Based on Theory and Research. Those contributions will be collected in one or more appendices of the lesson to be applicable in the proposer´s country to be kept as complementary to the original one. so that they can be implemented by the course Local administrator. The SC allows the adaptation to proposer’s educational system as far as the course main goals and characteristics are aligned with the Teaching Practice Evaluation Guide. The partner who suggests these contributions will be in charge of designing the appendix of the lesson to be presented in WS 10.

LESSONS ANALYSIS This online course is a proposal of minimums that makes possible: The local administrator could personalize/customize the course to his/her local characteristics The course length can be adapted to local circumstances: 3,6 months…

ADAPTABLE COURSE: Local needs
The course trusts EOSLATP Local Administrators who can customize, personalize it under certain conditions. Examples: L. administrator can substitute or add tasks and lessons if: Local authors experts on… // TV programs related to topic // Round tables // Recent trainig and lectures on the topic… METAEVALUATION instead of PEER EVALUATION. What are the conditions? 1.- 5 characteristics of the TP evaluation. 2.- Fullfillment of the General and Specific Objectives of the Course. As a result: 1.- Lessons with minimums and models of tasks + Appendices by Country. 2.- Framework: Grid, etc.
