Vocab Hominid: a modern human or a member of an earlier group that may have ancestors or relatives of modern humans Stone Age: a period of time during which hominids made lasting tools and weapons mainly from stone; earliest know period of prehistoric culture

Work in partners. 1. Google “DK find out stone age” and click the SECOND link that says “Stone Age For Kids.” 2. For each topic below, click on the website link. Read about each topic from the Old Stone Age and in the space below, write down important ideas and details about each. You should also draw a small picture to show what you learned. NB check today
