TO HONOR
Essential for all of us to understand what this means … in God’s sight!

2. [Eph 6:2,3] Honor thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

3. [Matt 15:8] - This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

[Matt 23:25] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
