Recreational Music Making (RMM) Three key approaches
Active music making - achievement is measured in the joy of participating and the bio-psychosocial benefits realized by the individual Transcendent participation - activities in which the subject listens to and participates in a facilitated program Purposeful listening - the process of playing specific live or recorded music for an individual or group
