Daily, now bi-weekly, meetings with HMH to go over each ticket and report the status of the fix.

The End of Year Assessment proficiency rates did decrease as we went up in grade level. Factors could include
An increased need for backfilling before covering the core content.
An increased need for deep conceptual knowledge by teachers.
Teachers getting through less content in the year.
The EOY assessment results did match up quite well to the MSTEP results.
