Each loss we experience in life is real:  the loss of a pet; moving to a new school, a new city; graduating, retiring, losing a job; the loss of the special friend, a grandparent; all the changes that comes with the loss of our health. At any age, having time and respect as we grieve is crucial in our journey.  There is no right or wrong way, but we need to find a pathway that may help us towards understanding, acceptance and healing.   December 4    11:45-12:45     Sherwood Park United Church – Sanctuary      20 Fir Street   Chris Swaren will introduce the topic and process that can help all ages to cope with the many changes and losses that come with living.  There is a possibility of a follow up group/workshops.
