Since 2009 Banja Ilidža is privately owned and owns a franchise to use thermal water.
In 2015 a project of reconstruction of Banja Ilidža was started, and in Phase 1 two housing objects for guests were built.
Construction of Banja Ilidža began in 1974 when semi – olimpic pool was built (25mx17m)
