Conclusion The advantages of encouraging healthy lifestyles habits through good nutrition, appropriate exercise and adequate sleep are paramount in giving children a solid foundation for a happy, healthy childhood and reduces the predisposing factors which can lead to health problems which they may carry through to adulthood. The good patterns you set now will benefit your child throughout his/her lifetime!
