Ideally, this letter should be presented to the Spire Elite member in person by the GM or Front Office manager to make it more personal
If the GM or Front Office Manager are not available at check-in, include this letter in the key packet for all Spire Elite members
Make sure the member is told about this letter in their packet
Download the template to your desktop or computer
Edit the text around the ## symbols to include:
Spire Elite member’s name
Your hotel’s information, features, offers and amenities
Local area attractions and events
Add your GM’s contact information and personalize with their handwritten signature
Review this Welcome Letter template each month to keep it current
Letter is best printed on 8” x 11” paper or A4 paper

3. General Manager Note Card Template
Front of Card:
Personalize by handwriting the
Spire Elite Member’s name
Inside Card:
Personalize by typing General Manager name, title
and include the signature of the General Manager
Use the card when placing water or a Welcome Amenity into a Spire Elite member’s room
Download the Welcome Card template to your desktop or computer
Edit the sections with the Spire Elite Member’s name (front); the GM’s name, title and signature (inside)
For best results, print on 5”x7” paper note card stock
