A Change Team was composed– 4 peers and 4 CHC executive department heads
It served 3 purposes:
To form a collegial relationship between peers and staff
To implement the new policies and procedures recommended to CHC by peers
To help Cornerstone implement the COSP by providing their expertise
QI (Quality Improvement)/Data Collection
Collect and analyze data
Budgets, contracts, job descriptions, and more
