9. Exercise 2: trade-offs and role of employers
Split in 4 groups:
Group No. 1 – Orange

Group No. 3 – Red
Group No. 4 – Blue
Instructions:
Please read the attached table (Group 1 only “G1” provisions, Group 2 only “G2” provisions, etc.)
Compare the positions to the final provisions of R202
Identify the main trade-offs that were made during the process and discussions
