Reiki and Yoga Together
Yoga and Reiki can be used in combination with each another to experience ultimate transformation.
Yoga can be likened to peeling away the layers of an onion. As each layer sheds, more is revealed about the self. The process can both fascinating and empowering.
It is between these sensitive layers where the application of energy work such as Reiki can have a life-changing effect.
