5. Secure Document Process
PMs will distribute NDAs to appropriate reviewers.
Reviewers sign and return them.
PMs forward NDAs to ERCOT Legal and indicate the project(s) for which the reviewer needs access.
ERCOT Legal files the NDAs and posts the name/projects to a spreadsheet.
Nodal team sends to reviewer with link to PGP Web Messenger.
Nodal team calls reviewer and gives them a unique passcode.
Reviewer clicks on link to PGP Web Messenger and enters passcode. From there, reviewer creates his/her own password.
PGP Web Messenger displays private web mailbox for reviewer.
PMs documents to be reviewed to distribution list for that project.
Documents reside in secure mailbox, accessible to appropriate reviewers.
After review, reviewers can redlines to same distribution list.

6. Timeframe
We can have the new FAQ section ready in one to two weeks, once we agree to the process.
We plan to have the secure documents area up and running in the next week. We will require signed NDAs before we can grant access.
