Vendors to pay for breakfast and lunch is priority 500 for table versus 2500 Certification Course income dropped ½ from Board made the decision to not do a certification review for 2017 but would have a spring symposium with national speakers Comparing actual with budgeted numbers throughout the year – this is done at our January and July Board meeting

EIN Number – complete appropriate form SS-4, Application for Employer Identification Number) Chapter minutes Financial transactions Checking/saving accounts in chapter name Deposit monies within one week of being received Organization of finances makes filing the annual report easier for the organization (Expenses/Income)

Financial Records Records must be kept for an indefinite period of time. Financial reports must include: Cash disbursement record Cash receipts record Bank reconciliation Bank statements
