9 Scope of Work Supply, architect, implement and maintain a Malicious Code Solution for a period of three years Implementation of the solution before 31 March 2014 Virtualized Xen environment with Citrix as the application delivery mechanism Regional distribution points at all regional offices, Endpoint Protection (PC, Servers and Laptops), Approximately 700 devices consisting of endpoints and servers; Protection of unstructured data on servers (home and shared folders); Exchange server scanner; Mail Gateway; Web Security Gateway; Licensing, support and maintenance for 2200 users annually for three years with a provision of expansion; Include hardware that will be required for the system: mail security gateway and Web security Gateway; Migration of data from the existing solution (Configuration, controls and reporting); Skills and Knowledge transfer to RAF employees during all phases (Plan, Build and Handover); Formal certified training to two RAF employees. Training must also include the international certification exam

08/07/2010 RAF BBBEE Requirements Turnover Classification Submission Requirement Below R5 million p.a Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) BEE Rating Certificate or Letter from Auditors/Accounting Officer to verify that accredited EME and percentage of black ownership. Between R5 million and R35 million p.a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) BBBEE Rating Certificate from an Accredited Rating Agency Above R35 million p.a Large Entity (LE) Joint Venture (JV) – Certificates of both companies must be included. Notice from the Minister of Trade & Industry on the accredited verification agencies. List of SANAS Accredited Verification Agencies on behalf of the DTI.
