3. 2013 Treasurers Report
As reported by Allan Stanley, on July 23rd, 2013.
Last bank statement read $5,805.98
Deposited $2,400 from the annual invoices that has not shown up on the statements yet.
Therefore at least $8,200.
The SIWMA logo will be $1,500
2013 outstanding conference costs, after generous sponsorship contributions, approximately $1,500.
Therefore, a balance of approximately $5,200 remains.
Allan notes the sole purpose of this money is to pay for conference expenses so we should try to spend some (most?) of it each year. I think a reasonable balance to carry forward each year is about $2,000.

4. Constitutional Amendments
Add CRD to list of Member Regional Districts
Add CRD to list of RD’s to host SIWMA
Amend;
No other Regional District or Municipality shall be considered for membership.
