Goal: Have every Club; Every Community; Every Group host a BIG GREEN Event in 2019 What we hope you will do: Host an event or series of events Engage and connect your entire Dartmouth community Cross-collaborate whenever possible Be as “green” as possible Appeal to a diverse audience Use a “pay to play” model for your event Be stewards of the future Use the 250th as an opportunity to raise awareness of Dartmouth in your broader community

The Big GREEN Challenge Details
Dartmouth’s 250th Celebration Big GREEN Celebration The Big GREEN Challenge Details Alumni Relations will award funding for several events over the course of the 250th Celebration. Juried process where event ideas will be reviewed against several categories: Most innovative Most collaborative Most appealing to a diverse audience To be a part of the official 250th celebration, submit your event proposal for review by December, 2017. Several winners will be selected and announced by March, 2018.

Breakouts Sit with your Club/Group/Community and begin to discuss your BIG GREEN CHALLENGE event. Discuss: What kind of an event do you envision? Large or small? Community wide or just Dartmouth? Tied to a big Dartmouth event? Social or service? Who else would you want to collaborate with to do your event? Who will be the lead representative/or how will you identify a lead from your organization on the BIG GREEN CHALLENGE global team? Come back to your seats at _______ and we will have a few groups talk about the ideas envision.
