3. MOBILISATION AND REGISTRATION
Manages conference calls for proposal
Responsible for conference publications (magazines, newsletters, websites, etc.)
Responsible for conference reports including final report

4. HOSPITALITY AND ENTERTAINMENT
Manages conference accommodation, meals, and cocktail
Organize performance groups, gifts, and other itineraries
Welcome and ushering

5. TRANSPORT Plans delegates’ transport and logistical arrangements
Scheduling of travel plans (Tours, visits, etc.)
Transportation of other items to conference venue are returned

6. VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION
Ensure set up of conference facilities (PAS, projectors, rooms for committee/group meeting )
Manages presentations slides/documents, handouts, name tags, etc.

7. FINANCE Consolidate and develop conference budget
Develop fundraising plan
Procurement planning

8. CONFERENCE BRANDING AND PUBLICITY
Manages delegates relations (international and local), invitations,
Publicity/media engagements
Provides guidance on conference proceedings, protocols.

9. SECURITY AND ACCREDITATION
Plan and manage conference security
Manages immigration and accreditation requirements

10. MEDICAL
Plan for medical personnel
Plan for equipment and drugs
