You need to:
Organize your materials (posters, laptops, sound systems, binder, box, …)
Plan the look of your presentation
Look organized
Test any media
Be set up and ready to go at least 5 minutes early (media already tested, materials already organized…)

2. First Impressions count

Greeting and thanks to the panellists
Handshake?

Address panellists by name (they will wear name-tags!)
Use professional language

Talk about your journey up to now
What has made you the person you are today? (your passions, your focus…)
Where are you now?
Talk about your present goals, values, plans, learning, aspirations…
Who are you? What defines you as a person? What are you most proud of?
Where are you going?
