2. Title: Textile Sea Shawl
This student has explored the theme of the seashore through a wide range of textile techniques. The outcome is very personal and investigates colour, textures and design elements. The contextual references and visual recording supports the textile outcome. This student’s work is at a high level across all four-assessment objectives.

3. AO1 Level The development of the student’s ideas is highly original, focused, complex and creative, with a perceptive, mature and confident understanding of sources and elements associated with textile design.

4. AO2 Level 5 An excellent range of experimentation with wide ranging use of media, that was highly appropriate, innovative and purposeful.

5. AO3 Level 5 Outstanding recording skills which demonstrates an excellent ability to reflect on their own work in progress.
