PBIS There are points given each day for your Child’s Agenda. Please sign your Child’s Agenda every evening and include any information to teacher via note. Dress Code Reminders The Dress Code is navy blue or hunter green top and denim or khaki bottom. Closed toe/heel shoes. Belts are needed if the pants or bottoms have loops. Title One The Goal of Title I is to improve student achievement through; Effective classroom instruction, parent involvement, and professional development. Parent Involvement means the participation of parents in regular, two-way meaningful communication involving student academic learning and other school activities. Parents have the right to know: ·The professional qualifications of the student’s teachers and paraprofessionals. ·If their child has been assigned to or taught for 4+weeks by a teacher who is not highly qualified. ·The level of achievement of their child on state academic assessments. ·Description of the school’s curriculum and information about the academic assessments and proficiency standards. ·School and district parent involvement policies and plans and summaries. ·Specific information about the schools Title I program and opportunities to become involved in their child’s education. ·School-parent compact. The compact must be referenced with elementary aged students during a parent conference.
