2. What is Title One?
Federal Program designed to provide additional assistance for schools with populations of greater than 40% identified poverty
The intent is to increase the achievement of all students, particularly those who are disadvantaged
To ensure all children have fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain high quality education
