14 Helpful Hints for Banweb:
Enter time in and out Use correct format: 8:00 Use correct AM/PM “Save” Each Day “Next Day” button advances to complete time daily “Time sheet” main time sheet view “Submit for Approval” Only once a month By the 16th Certification Your password is your signature

15 Time sheets are listed in 7 categories:
Pending Waiting for supervisor’s approval In Progress Not yet submitted by employee Returned for Correction Sent back by Supervisor to the employee for Correction Error Problem with time sheet can not be submitted or approved. (check for missing pay rate) Not Started Employee has not started recording time Approved Supervisor approved awaiting payment Complete Gone through to Payroll May also say “Override”

16 FAQs Why can’t I access my time sheet? Why is my pay rate wrong?
No job on system – let supervisor know to submit EPAF. No primary approver set up for the job. Check JOB TAB in Banweb. If there is a job, have your supervisor resolve the issue with HR. Why is my pay rate wrong? Pay rates are entered online by supervisor. Contact your supervisor for correction. Why can’t I submit my time sheet? Check your time sheet(s) for overlapping hours. If it’s 30 days after the last pay period you can not submit the hours. Print the time sheet and submit to HR with appropriate signatures. My wages are paid from a grant account. Do I still submit my hours online? Yes. The grant accounting will be done at the same time to facilitate on time pay. Print time sheet if requested to do so by your supervisor.
