3 Background of Chili's Chili's first location, a converted postal station on Greenville Ave. in Dallas, Texas, opened in 1975 By the early 1980s there were 28 Chili's locations in the region, all featuring similar Southwest decor. Chili's now has locations in 49 U.S. states (excludes Alaska), 30 international locations and two territories.

5 Persuasion tactics They talked about how the food is delicious .
It shows the restaurant have special offers in the price and the meal. How is the food presented to the customer. They describe the taste of the food. Appearance of they waiters and the serves of the food .

6 They should taken in consideration is customer satisfaction which is vary important in the restaurant success. To present anew product each year at lease twice a year To make customer questioner every 4 month to monitor customer satisfaction and opinion

7 Effectiveness In my opinion how they did the advertisement is to attract the costumers in a special way by how do they cook and present the food also they show what is the atmosphere of the restaurant.

8 Summary Chili's restaurant was open in 1975 also there are 49 restaurants in the US. They describe the food to make the people come. Every 4 month to monitor customer satisfaction and opinion
