Blood is so important to God that is mentioned almost 700 times. So when we receive the Lord of God, we receive the blood.
We cannot live without the Blood because our energy supply comes from it.
The blood supplies us with nutrients and vitamins that help us to fight against diseases. When our blood is strong enough, it is able to cleanse our body of toxins.

The blood of Jesus was given to us for a purpose. As we apply the blood of Jesus in our lives, we have weapons to use in our lives and protect ourselves from evil.
We are supposed to eat the bread (which is the flesh) and drink the wine (which is the blood) because they complement each other
The are several things the blood does for us;
It provides us with forgiveness of sin
It cleanses us
It gives us life
It clears our conscience
