8. Human Relations Fund
The Human Relations Commission (HRC) distributes about $31,000 each year to support community events and initiatives that celebrate and appreciate diverse communities and advance mutual respect and understanding

9. Human Relations Fund Grants are limited to:
Nonprofits and community groups
Activities held within Boulder city limits
Events that are free and open to the public
Maximum award $3000
Quarterly awards with deadlines January/April/July/October
Note: All 2017 funding has been distributed

Groups of at least ten Boulder residents can apply for up to $3,000 to help pay for a cultural, educational, or recreational activity in Colorado
Application deadline is the 15th of each month from August through May

Individual Fund
Boulder resident youth can apply for up to $200 to help pay for a cultural, educational or recreational activity in Colorado
If funded, youth complete four hours of volunteer service for every $50 they receive
