We are the Office of Student Assistance (OSA) – Welcome to Pace!
We are registrar and bursar services and we handle: Student Record Student Account Registration, Add/Drop & Withdrawal Billing & Payment Enrollment & Degree Verification Refunds Immunization Compliance NYS Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Transcripts & Transfer Credits ID Validation Sticker Leaves of Absence Changing/Updating Biographical Information (address, phone #, major, home campus, etc.) Change of Major, minors, dual degrees, etc.

What to do 1st What to do … Complete a FAFSA & apply for TAP ( you can apply for TAP during the FAFSA application process) Meet with an academic adviser Complete a Health Insurance waiver, if applicable (portal.pace.edu) If you have health insurance, then you must waive the Health Insurance Fee once a year. Deadline is 2/8/2016 for domestic students and 2/26/2016 for international students. Submit a FERPA (ferpa.pace.edu) Accept scholarships, financial aid, awards, etc. inside MyPace Portal on the Student, Financial Aid tab (portal.pace.edu) Check your Pace student account ( .pace.edu) Authorize someone to make payments towards your Payment Plan (

Important Dates Important Dates
Payment for Spring 2016 was due 1/4/2016 or at the time of registration thereafter. 3 month payment plan is available 1/15/2016 and deadline to enroll is in that plan is 1/31/2016 Classes begin 1/25/2016 The deadline for completing/submitting immunization requirements was 12/1/2015 or at time of registration thereafter. The deadline to drop a course without academic penalty (i.e. a “W” or Withdraw) during a standard 14/16 week course is 2/7/2016 Financial liability begins 2/8/2016 for standard 14/16 week courses. ( UG Academic Catalog) Please note: you will need instructor permission to enter a course during the 2nd week of a new term.

Billing & Payment Your Bill Payment
Student tab, Student Records, and Account Detail for Term Payments are accepted in-person (cash & check) and online (electronic check and credit/debit card) via MyPace Portal – Student Tab, Registration/Grades/Tuition Schedule/, Pay Your Bill/Payment Plans Account Summary by Term v. Account Summary Detail Please Note: Credit/Debit card payments can only be made online and will incur a 2.75% service fee that is assessed by our vendor Reading the bill that was in my Pace student account (Bill on Demand) Payment plans are only available online and will incur a $70 non-refundable signup fee – please visit 3 month payment plan is available 1/15/2016 and the deadline to enroll is 1/31/2016 – please note that the 1st installment is due at that time
