5. High Altitude Balloon Team
Can be used to provide launches for testing CanSat and SwampSat 2 components.
Reaches a high enough altitude to be able to capture images of the curvature of the earth.
Low cost, simple design, and small volume compared to other experiments near or in space-like environments.
The launches will include both the construction of the balloon, parachute, and payload system.

Goals:
Investigate very low frequency (VLF) wave propagation
Investigate VLF from Transient Luminous Events (TLEs)
Upper atmosphere weather phenomenon
