Price
The promo price is Eur for the 22kilos. For this program, we are using the LBC Medium Box as standard box.
Customers can still avail of the promotional rate even if they make use of a different box.
Basis of charging will still be chargeable weight of the shipment.

4. Q&A Questions Answers Coverage in terms of destination
The rate of Eur for 22Kilos is applicable to all destinations in the Philippines, regardless of their regional divisions.
If the package exceeds 22Kilos – how to compute for the rates
Each shipment will be treated as separate cargo weight. The chargeable weight will first be applied using the 22Kilos (and charged Eur 70.00) all succeeding kilos will be charged based on our existing cargo rates.
Taxes
All taxes, tariffs, and custom duties are excluded from the quoted price. This will be computed based on the declared value of the items provided for by the shipper in the packing list.

5. Q&A Questions Answers Turn Around Time
The quoted turn around time for the 7 Day Balikbayan box is 7 days upon the departure of the Airline.
Ordering, Delivery, and Pick Up of Boxes
The current procedure will apply.
Custom Duties and Taxable Items
All electronic items that are taxable maybe found in our Tax Table provided by Air Cargo Team.
Any electronic item not found in the tax table will be charged 5.6% of their declared value.
Part of the spiel is to inform customers that items maybe considered commercial quantity upon pick up. Additional taxes will be charged in the total value of the item found to be of commercial quantity.

6. Q&A Question Answer Box must be open during pick up
Box should remain open for inspection by our associate.
All items must be duly declared and itemised in the packing list.
Shipper must be ready to provide the declared value of the goods.
ODZ Shipments
Upon acceptance of the booking, if the destination appears in our ODZ list the customer will be converted to pick up to nearest branch.
The ODZ destinations are indicated in our listing.
